Meditation

Meditation: For Peaceful & Calm Life

 What is Meditation

Meditation is a way to turn our own mind into a tool for healing and self discovery. After all the
prescriptions, the lotus posture or just sitting comfortably in a chair, closed eyes or just gazing, observing the thoughts or not having any thoughts at all, high attention but without any particular expectation or busy and absorbed in ones work a person naturally reverts to a meditative state, releasing stresses and improving the general sense of well being, fruits of meditation are however independent of any physical state or mental attitudes.
Stresses get accumulated over the period of time largely due to a series of inappropriate reactions of people to various challenging life situations. Meditation tends to provide an excellent opportunity to unwind complexities born out of such stresses. A calm and complete grasp of the present situation is one of the most promising and much coveted product of meditation along with naturally increased concentration, pleasant and high sense of well-being are its byproducts.
Meditation can be defined in a million ways and can described in volumes of book and yet there will be something more to be discovered. Meditation is the key to get in touch with nature, the process has rejuvenating and refreshing effect and re-energizes the body mind complex.
The nature is not just the rivers, the trees, the wind and the mountains but it is the very fabric of which we are made of. Just as child is nourished by the very touch of mother so is human psyche nourished by the touch of inner nature, through the process of meditation. There are many systems of meditations where each can be fine tuned to specific needs of an individual acknowledging uniqueness of the individual in terms of understanding and moral makeup.
Human systems are designed to strive for pleasure, truth and completeness even while sleeping or dreaming. Meditation is a panacea for all strife and struggle as it provides a clearer understanding that all beginnings and ends lie within the self. Life is built up of Layers upon layers of creation and human is by far the most advanced self conscious system nature has created.
But human system is engulfed by a universal system also. When they both resonate in synchronization, what results is something extremely beautiful immensely powerful, with multitude of creative potentialities yet an effortless creation. The practitioners of meditation have been widely studied scientifically in terms of brain activity and bodily changes, all have been proved to be extremely helpful in producing health-worthy effects and also maintaining them for long time, but, no words can ever substitute real experience.
